Where may I file a report with the Sheriff’s Office?
If you have an emergency please call 911. To report a crime that has occurred, you may call SIRCOMM at (208)735-1911. A Deputy will be dispatched to your location. You may also come to the Law Enforcement Services window of the Sheriff’s Office located on the first floor of the Courthouse at 425 Shoshone St. N.

Can Deputy Sheriff's make traffic stops within the city limits?
Yes. Deputies have jurisdiction throughout Twin Falls County.

Where/how can I get fingerprinted?
You may have fingerprints taken at the Twin Falls County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesdays 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The fee for one to two cards is $10, and an additional fee of $5 for each additional card.

How do I obtain a copy of an Incident/Offense Report?
For a fee, reports may be obtained at the Sheriff's Office during regular business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Some reports may be restricted will not be released. Certain documents may be subject to approval before being released. Some waiting period may be required for the report to be obtained. A 'Public Records Request Form' can be accessed from the 'Media' tab of the main menu.

How can I obtain a copy of my criminal/jail record?
For a fee, a copy of your record with the Sheriff’s Office can be obtained at Records Section window of the Sheriff’s Office. Certain documents may be subject to approval before being released. Some waiting period may be required for the record to be obtained. A 'Public Records Request Form' can be accessed from the 'Media' tab of the main menu.

Where do I pay for an infraction citation given to me by a deputy?
Traffic tickets can be paid by mailing it in to the address on the back of the ticket, or tickets can be paid at the Judicial Annex at 427 Shoshone Street N.
